A 7.2 Mile Trail Race around the Merthyr Mawr Estate near Bridgend.
This race has it all!!
The Rabbit Run 2019 (formerly the Merthyr Mawr Trail Running Festival) is a 7.2 Mile starting and finishing in the private Merthyr Mawr Estate.
The race uses a spectacular route involving the Big Dipper sand dune, Ogmore Castle and a river crossing.
