The Boxing Day Run is aimed at being a family friendly fun run. It also attracts members of the local running community. It is an out and back course, starting at Coney Beach Funfair, following the coastline along the footpath to Rest bay, turning around by the Rest Bay Lifeguards station and returning via the same route back to Coney Beach Funfair. The race is approximately 6k.
