The second edition of the popular Podium 5k Home Nations International taking place at Coopers Field in Bute Park, Cardiff.
This event is organised by Sportshoes, the organiser of the popular Podium 5km races in Barrowford and by Welsh Athletics.
Adidas is the event sponsor.
