Descritpion: A 3 hour endurance trail race on the forest trails of Coed y Brenin. 3km loop visiting a variety of surfaces including forest roads, single track and grassy climbs. The race does not require prior trail running experience, but course knowledge is advisable. All runners will be required to wear head torches.
