Nos Galan 5km 2023
The award-winning Nos Galan Road Races are held in the town of Mountain Ash in Rhondda Cynon Taf, and not only attract over 1,700 competitors each year, but also a staggering 10,000 spectators turn out to cheer them on.

Entries will be staggered over 3 dates in September:
Monday 11th – 10am
Monday 18th – 1pm
Monday 25th – 6pm
