SATURDAY 23^RD JANUARY 2021
YSGOL MORGAN LLWYD, WREXHAM LL13 9NG

1. Entries in advance only (available shortly). There will be no entries on the day. Please do not enter if you are not going to run as places are limited.
2. No changing rooms will be available. Athletes should turn up ready to run.
3. Athletes should arrive ONLY 30 minutes before their Time Trial, giving sufficient time for a warm up before their event.
4. Athletes will be guided to a controlled area for warming up.
5. Athletes will receive a finishing disc at the end of the funnel. The discs should be deposited in the bucket and athletes should inform their team manager of their finishing position
6. ONE parent or guardian will be allowed onto the field to spectate their child. NO OTHER SPECTATORS will be allowed. Spectators will be asked to wear masks whilst spectating.
7.  If a family has more than one child taking part in different age groups they still have to comply with point 3 above, so the parent/guardian should make arrangements for the child not taking part to stay in their car until the appropriate time.
8. Porta loos will be available in the car park. No access is available to the leisure centre.

NOTES FOR CLUBS:

1. Each club will appoint a team manager who will record the finishing position of their athletes on the sheet provided.
2. Each club should provide a first aider to deal with any issues with their athletes.
