A 10k multi-terrain run (road, disused airfield, coast path, beach and footpath) set on the Marloes peninsula, based at Runwayskiln café. What is the course like? Some would say undulating, others would say hilly! It is mainly on the Pembrokeshire Coast Path after all. The route takes in breathtaking views of the Pembrokeshire coast, including the internationally important seabird islands of Skomer and Skokholm. Best of all is a section on the stunning Marloes Sands, quite possibly the most beautiful beach in the world (but don’t tell anyone).

Entry fee includes booking fee, Tyvek race number, electronic timing, organic cotton event t-shirt from Howies (for entries received by 25th May), coffee & cake at the finish, prizes and electronic event photos.
