Description: This is a friendly 3 race series on a flat out and back course on quiet rural roads.
The 5k series is part of the Mid Wales Summer 5k Championships with Maldwyn Harriers
Results and refreshment will be available at the Elan Valley Hotel after each race.
Entries will be taken on race day from 6:30pm at Caban Coch Dam car park.
