Events Available: Hammer & Discus

Competition is for under 15 and upwards with a personal best of:

Maximum of 10 athletes per event, every competitor gets 6 straight throws and 1 warm up throw.

The competition is on an invitational basis only and expressions of interest should be directed to Cardiffthrows@yahoo.com A return email giving confirmation of entry will be provided.

The event will run on a first come first served basis for each competition, and entrants' requests to compete will not be carried over into the next competition date. Entrants will need to declare their expressions of interest for each Cardiff Throws Event individually. 

Parents bringing athletes to the competition will be required to help officiate, and will be contacted prior to the event to be informed of their duties (for example; collection of equipment)

This assistance is needed to ensure the competition runs smoothly, and anyone not turning up to the competition may result in an event being cancelled due to lack of officials.
