Venue facilities: Porta toilets, public toilets, shops, cafes, parking is available in town centre (pay and display).

A fast route that can have its direction changed when windy, so its mainly on your back, starting with a loop around the town centre in the shadows of the castle, the route takes in a flat coastline, flat country roads and flat cycle paths, ok there might be an odd rise, but nothing to worry about.
