- Runners arrive 6:30 pm
- Male Runners called to start 6:50Pm
- Female Runners call to start pen behind Male Runners 6.55pm
- Male Race starts at 7pm
- Female Race starts at 7.05pm
The race is approximately 5k on a multi terrain course.
The race is open to all affiliated members of the Bridgend County Running League.
