Elite Male and Female 1500m & 5000m races, with a World Athletics & UKA Level 2 permit and professional pacers!
2026 incorporates the Welsh Senior 5000m Championship & the U16 & U20 3000m Championships!
Expect electric atmosphere, music, food and most importantly fast racing!
