EVENT DETAILS:
Organised on behalf of the UK Counties Athletics Union by the UK Athletics (UKA) Sub-Committee for International and Domestic Mountain Running under UKA rules.
The 2025 Senior Inter-Counties Mountain Race will be held in conjunction with the Pen-Y-Ghent race on 14th June 2025 at Horton in Ribblesdale, North Yorkshire BD24 0HH.
The race will also incorporate the 2025 British Mountain Running Championships.
Distance/Height: – 12.2km/500m – 7.6miles/1640ft.
Teams: can comprise up to four competitors per UKCAU county or region, except that a fifth runner may be included if at least one of the team is under 23 (2003 – 2005 inclusive). The minimum age is 18 on the date of the race.
Closing date for County team declarations: Thursday 12th June.
Reserves can enter/run in the race and replace declared team members on the day of the race.
Entries: Pre-entry only. Entry Fee £12.00 per athlete.
Online entries via ENTRY open Saturday 1st February and close on Thursday 12th June.
