EVENT DETAILS:

Location - Aberystwyth University

This is a team competition where the club enters athletes and pays the league fees. If you want to take part please let your coach know. Full timetable for each age group and distances to follow.

Start Times:

• Junior League – 10-30am first race (usually Under 15 Boys)
• Senior League – 1-00pm Women’s/Men 65+/Under 17 Men’s Race; 2pm. Senior Men/Men 35-60+

The best standings will be taken from 4 out of 5 race
