EVENT DETAILS:

• It's the 2025 Cosmeston Relay Race - our hugely popular chip-timed, baton relay race in the picturesque setting of Cosmeston Lakes Country Park. 
• 250 teams of 3 in 12 categories - with plenty of healthy competition and friendly rivalry.  Each runner takes on 1 circuit of the 3 mile (approx.) undulating course
• Prize categories: seniors plus masters categories 35-44, 45-54 and 55+ for men's, women's and mixed teams.
• Race licenced by Welsh Athletics (Licence No. TR-24-28).
