ALL FIELD EVENTS HAVE 2 WARM UP TRIALS AND 3 EVENT TRIALS

ALL FIELD EVENTS WILL BE SPLIT BY EQUAL OR SIMILAR PERSONAL BESTS

TRACK WILL BE RUN FASTEST TO SLOWEST [SET ON THE PB/QP] SUPPLIED

Rather than sitting on the side you can get closer to the action by volunteering. We have a variety of volunteering roles you can try.
