The Afan Forest Half Marathon offers participants a rare opportunity to experience a stunning experience through Afan Forest Country Park.

Get ready to soak up the spectacular views, and experience the energy of the Afan Forest community.

Future Sports Events is an event and brand that promotes wellbeing through movement – specifically, running and community. We welcome people from all over the UK to experience the events we promote.

Established in 2024 and based in Yorkshire, Future sports was Founded by runners, our event was born out of a desire to share the natural beauty of the area and the benefits of an active, outdoor lifestyle.

RACE DAY PARKING

All parking for participants, spectators, volunteers, vendors and staff will be located at Bryn Bettws Lodge. Parking on-site is free of charge for all.

RACE DAY EXTRA DETAILS

On race day, you should expect heavy traffic, when entering Bryn Bettws Lodge Please plan accordingly. We recommend arriving between 8:30 – 9:30am for the event.

As a reminder, we do not offer race day bib pick-up for this year’s event. All bibs are posted in advance of the event.
