RunWithTheWind is BACK for 2025, now delivered by Cardiff Athletics club, the event aims to provide key racing opportunities for sprinters from a diverse range of age groups and para categories in the unique and ever popular run with the wind format.

ENTRIES CLOSE: MONDAY 2nd June @ 23:59 or when event limits are reached

ENTRY FEE: £10 per event

ALL EVENTS CLOSE 60 MINUTES BEFORE EACH EVENT START

ALL TRACK RACES WILL BE SEEDED ON THE NIGHT, 60 MINUTES BEFORE EACH RACE START TIME

18:00 100m heats x 12 races seeded fastest to slowest pb (All age groups) - registration closes 17:00
18:40 100m para race - registration closes 17:40
18:50 400m x 4 heats seeded fastest to slowest (U17M, U20 & Senior) - registration closes 17:50
19:05 300m x 4 heats seeded fastest to slowest (U15B, U15G & U17W) - registration closes 18:05
19:20 200m para race - registration closes 18:20
19:25 200m heats x 10 heats seeded fastest to slowest pb (ALL age groups) - registration closes 18:25
