The Throws and Run Jump Throw morning will take place on the 11th July 10 am - 1 pm at Queensway Stadium, Wrexham Queensway, Wrexham LL13 8UH

• U15 - U20 Throws specific, Hammer, Shot put and Javelin
• U13 - U20 Multi Event Run Jump and Throw

This is open to any coaches across the region and Wales
