This session introduces how to link into the Disability Sport Wales Performance Pathway team. The Performance Pathway Team identify and support individuals to reach their potential within sport. Promising athletes are guided on their journey toward potential competitive success through the Performance Pathway Hub (PPH) Programme. This session will give you an overview of the Performance Pathway Hub and the #inspire Signposting Process.
