The Communities of Practice is a programme of short sessions that focus on particular areas of officiating and cover a wide range of topics across different disciplines. The sessions allow for continuous and professional development (CPD) for officials across different disciplines and levels.

Presenters: Noel McKakly and Dominic Ellis. This session will detail what the role of track referee involves at county and league level and the timeline of duties and tasks to be completed before and during any event at open/league/county level. This session is a great opportunity for individuals working from levels 1 to 3 to build on your knowledge and skills to develop and progress within the track discipline.
