Session Overview: This session will explore the fundamentals of race walking covering the rules of the event; the technical model of race walking and ideas for training and session planning.
The session will be over the Zoom platform and will create an interactive format where attendees can pose questions to the panel throughout the session. There will also be time for discussion and further questions at the end of the session.
