Nick Whitehead
Neville Joseph "Nick" Whitehead was born in Wrexham on May 29th 1933. He competed for Great Britain in the 1960 Summer Olympics in Rome in the 4 × 100 metres relay where he won the bronze medal with his team mates Peter Radford, David Jones and David Segal. He went on to win a Commonwealth Bronze medal in Perth, Australia in 1962 as part of the Welsh 4 x 110yd Relay Team.
