Welsh Athletics Sports Injury Clinic Launch

We are delighted to share, that today Welsh Athletics has launched a Sports Injury Clinic at the National Indoor Athletics Centre, in Cardiff.
Our goal is to provide the same high-level physiotherapy and soft tissue therapy services our athletes receive to the wider running and athletics community.
Appointments will be available with three of Wales' leading therapists including Adam Rattenberry, Jonny Harper and Dave Rowe.
Services Offered:
- Soft tissue therapy
- Acupuncture
- Manual therapy (including mobilisations and manipulations)
- Rehabilitation/exercise programmes
- Graduated return to sports programmes
Adam Rattenberry, Clinic Lead Physiotherapist shared:
"We are delighted to be expanding our therapy services and offer the same high quality assessment, diagnosis and rehabilitation to the wider athletics and running community. Athletes and social runners of all levels and abilities across Wales will be able to access the same level of care offered to our elite supported athletes. We pride ourselves in being at the forefront of run, jump, throw related injuries, their diagnosis, rehabilitation and prevention”.
