How You Can Get Involved: Call to Action

  1. Nominate:

This week is Volunteers Week (1st June - 7th June) and over the last week we have seen nominations coming in from athletics clubs and running groups across Wales. There is still time to get your nominations in for the fantastic volunteers that help to deliver activities throughout the year. We will be featuring as many of the nominations as we possibly can.

  1. Say ‘Thank You’:

Our most simple activity to get involved with during Volunteers Week… why not say ‘Thank You’ to someone within your club that you appreciate. Someone that goes above and beyond and has been there to support you. Tis can be via email, a personal telephone call or shout it from the rooftops via social media. If using the socials, don’t forget to use the hashtags #VolunteersWeek and #SupportYourClub in your post.
