It’s time to celebrate our community with the return of the Welsh Athletics & Run Wales Annual Awards. The Awards will take place on Saturday the 25th of November at Glamorgan Cricket Grounds, Sophia Gardens in Cardiff. 

After a busy year of athletics and running in Wales we need your help to recognise some of the key people from across the country who have supported, performed, volunteered, coached or officiated throughout the past year. From those who have performed at the highest level, to individuals that have gone above and beyond to support the sport!

This year’s categories are as follows: 

• Club of the Year 

• Junior Club of the Year 

• Development Club of the Year 

• Volunteer of the Year 

• Services to Club Development 

• Newcomer to Officiating 

• Official of The Year 

• Performance Coach of the Year 

• Participation Coach of the Year 

• Senior Male Athlete of Year 

• Senior Female athlete of Year 

• Junior Male Athlete 

• Junior Female Athlete 

• Athletes Athlete (this is not open for public nominations) 

• Run Wales Group of the Year

• Run Wales Run Leader of the Year 

Tickets are now on sale via Eventbrite here and include the following: 

• A welcome drink 

• 3 course meal 

• Evening of entertainment and celebration 

• Exclusive charity raffle – Supporting Latch, a Welsh Children's Cancer Charity.

• After party with DJ

• Individual ticket - £40pp 

• Table of 10 - £400
