Welsh Athletes heading to the European 10,000m Cup and British Olympic Trials head in Birmingham

Good luck to Charlotte Arter, Jenny Nesbitt, Clara Evans, Kris Jones, and Josh Griffiths as they make their way to Birmingham this weekend.
"We have a strong contingent of Welsh athletes competing at the British 10,000m championship in Birmingham, Jenny Nesbitt, and Kristan jones will be competing for Great Britan in the European Cup. Charlotte Arter and Clara Evans will be looking to gain their Commonwealth Games standard of 32.30. Josh Griffiths will continue his preparations for his next marathon.
It is a great opportunity for all athletes involved, I am excited to see how they will perform!"
