Rhodes Collegiate Meeting - USA
Amber Simpson threw another Commonwealth Games Nomination Standard of 64.17m in the Rhodes Collegiate Meet. This is just outside her personal best of 64.65m which she threw last year and her 4th time over the standard.
Birmingham University Winter Throws & 5000m Open
In an early season track meeting, Michael Ward (Cardiff) won the Hoka Elite Mens 5,000m in a time of 13:57.86, whilst James Hunt (Cardiff) ran 14:29.48 to finish 5th.

Wimslow Running Festival Half Marathon
Anna Bracegirdle (Salford) ran a fantastic 73:21 to run a 90s personal best. This run sets her up very well as she looks towards the Manchester Marathon in 2 weeks time.
