Team Announcement - Senior Home International (Trail)

Congratulations to the six athletes selected to represent Welsh Athletics at the Senior Home International (Trail) on Saturday 11 April, Keswick, Cumbria, England.
We are delighted to be sending a strong Welsh team to the inaugural Senior Home International Trail representative match. This year the race will be in the Lake District, is 53.4km long with 2,640m of ascent, and includes the trial for the British team for the trail race in the European Off Road Championships. We are looking to use this competition to continue to grow the performance end of trail racing in Wales, and wish the athletes selected the best of luck with their final preparations and on competition day.

Dw i wrth fy modd yn rhedeg dros Gymru unwaith eto. I didn't have the easiest 2025 with a DVT and pulmonary embolism out of nowhere but that makes this representation opportunity even more special and I'm so happy to be back fit, healthy and with the honour of wearing the Welsh vest with a strong team, stepping up the distance. Let's go!
