8 Athletes have been chosen to represent Wales at the Armagh 5k Annual International Road Race in Ireland on Thursday 9 February 2023!
Steve Mitchell, National Talent Development Coordinator - Endurance at Welsh Athletics said:
Wales are delighted to be sending a team of high quality athletes to compete in Armagh. Armagh is a major highlight of the U.K. road racing scene and has long held a fully deserved reputation as one of the fastest road races in the world. Following covid, it is great to have this race back. The standards set to be considered for selection for the Welsh team at this competition were high, so we wish to congratulate the athletes who met that standard and are excited to see them compete for and represent Wales.
