Steve Perks Awarded MBE for services to Athletics

Steve Perks, coach and Chair of Welsh Athletics was awarded an MBE in the Kings Honours List for his services to Athletics.
James Williams, Welsh Athletics CEO shared:
It was great to hear of Steve’s inclusion in the Kings Honours List – I have seen first hand his passion and commitment to the sport of Athletics – be it as a coach, a volunteer or as Chair of Welsh Athletics. Our sport would not exist without volunteers like Steve, who dedicate so many hours to supporting others to succeed – his MBE is testament to this.
