Steeplechase RDP is back for 2025-2026.

This includes training sessions and competitions throughout Wales.
These sessions and competitions are aimed at: those already doing steeple, those who are experienced runners but have not done steeple before, and those who are new to athletics.
Age is from school year 8 upwards. All information is uploaded to the Steeplechase RDP groups on the Spond app. There is both a South Wales and a North Wales Spond group. Please use the following links to join the respective Spond groups:
