National Sport Snapshot - Club Input Required

Calling all clubs!
Help us build a snapshot of Wales’ inclusive sport landscape. Disability Sport Wales is aiming to hear from as many physical activity and sports clubs and sessions nationally to establish the current level of inclusive (or disability specific) opportunities across Wales.
To do this we would love you to fill in a short 5 minute survey.
All completed responses received by midnight on Friday 28th March 2025 from clubs or sessions based in Wales will be entered into a draw, with one club or session receiving access to £500 worth of UK Disability Inclusion Training and sports equipment for their club or session.
