Mental Health Awareness Week 2024 will take place from 13 to 19 May, on the theme of “Movement: Moving more for our mental health”

For Mental Health Awareness week 2024 we've been talking to people from across the running and athletics community in Wales to find out how getting out and getting active has and is helping them maintain good health wellbeing. Our sport is very inclusive with opportunities for you to get involved no matter your age or ability. Whether it is being part of a team competing in Track and Field events or going for a gentle solo run on Wales' many beautiful trails, there's a chance to find some calm, build new connections, or just take time out for yourself.

So take some inspiration from our case studies and make sure you take a moment to move each day this week, and every week!
