Jake Heyward through to 1500m final at U23 European Championships in Sweden

Jake Heyward started his U23 European Championship campaign last night by winning his heat in 3:47.08 which books him a place in the final on Saturday.
He made his way into second position after 600m and then with an excellent kick in the final 400m to took the lead and the rest of the field were unable to catch him.
Welsh Athletics would like to wish Jake a massive good luck in the final, which you can watch via live stream here, on Saturday 13th July at 17:20.
