The 2025 Annual General Meeting of Welsh Athletics will take place on 25th October 2025 at 10am.
In accordance with statutory requirements, please find the following items on the 2025 AGM page of the Welsh Athletics website:
- Final agenda
- Any items of special business
- Notice of Motion - Amended Articles of Association
- Notice of Motion - Amended Byelaws
- Notice of Motion - Remove “company membership” from Life Members & to retire the role of Honorary Vice Presidents
If you can’t attend in person/online, you can still have your say by appointing a proxy before Monday 20th October 2025.
