Rhi has been Head of Competition at Welsh Athletics since 2020, having joined the organisation in 2015. She is responsible for the overall strategy for competitions across all disciplines in Wales whilst working closely with colleagues from other Home Countries and UK Athletics.

Rhi is still competing as an athlete for both Cardiff & Wales over the 400m, is an advocate for women's safety whilst running, and also plays hockey in her spare time!
