Cross Country
Welsh Inter-Schools / Inter-Regional Cross Country Championships
The combined Welsh Inter-Schools / Inter-Regional Cross Country Championsips will take place on Saturday the 19th November in 2022.
Races will use a winding multi-lap circuit which is great for spectators.
Competitors in the Inter-Schools races are entered by their Schools and competitors in the Inter-Regional Championships are selected by their Welsh Region.
