Tuesday 13th November, 2018
The 2018 Welsh Inter-Regional Cross Country Championships take place on Saturday 8th December at a new venue in Llandrindod Wells.
The event will offer a last racing opportunity of 2018 for many and the races will act as trials for team selections for Welsh teams competing at the Celtic Cross Country and Home Countries International taking place on Saturday 19th January in Belfast. Full selection policies for the above events can be viewed here.
The course will be created on fields adjacent to Trefonnen School and will offer testing terrain around a looping and undulating route over agricultural land.
Entries are made by Welsh regions and interested athletes can contact their regional team managers to declare their interest. Team declarations must be submitted by Friday 30th November.
Athletes that are eligible to compete for Wales but do not compete for a Welsh Region can enter by applying in writing (U17, U20, Senior) to Alex Donald: email@example.com
Additional primary challenge races will be held over 1,240m prior to the main programme. Entry information can be found here.
