Welsh Senior Championships 2018 - Spectator Guide

With this weekend's Welsh Senior Championships fast approaching, spectators can expect to see some of Wales' best athletes in action in what promises to be one of the most competitive Welsh Senior Championships in recent times. 

The Championships will take place at the Cardiff International Sports Stadium (CF11 8AZ) on Friday 13th (first event starts at 7p.m) and Saturday 14th July (first event starts at 11:30 a.m). Five athletes who competed for Wales at the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games will be in action, plus we have a Bronze Medalist from the 2017 IAAF World Championships competing, on what promises to be a fantastic weekend of top class action. 

There will be free entry for all spectators on Friday evening, and Saturday's entry fee will be £4 for adults, and free of charge for u16's. Programme's will cost £4 on the gate (which includes entry into our Prize Draw). Spectators can also purchase individual Prize Draw tickets for a cost of £1

We will also have a designated autograph and selfie area for spectators to meet and greet their favourite athletes after the medal presentation of every event! 

Food and drink will be available within the stadium, and an ice cream van will be in attendance on Saturday to accomodate for those wishing to cool off in the warm weather! Parking is available at the Cardiff International Sports Stadium, and the stadium is also located opposite the Leckwith Retail Park which contains further food and drink outlets.
