This event is open to athletes that are U15 and up, U15 athletes are school year 8 & 9

ENTRY FEE - 1 event = £8.00, 2 events = £14.00, 3 events = £20.00

ALL EVENTS CLOSE FOR SEEDING 1 HOUR BEFORE EACH EVENT START

ALL TRACK RACES WILL BE SEEDED ON THE NIGHT 30 MINUTES BEFORE EACH RACE START TIME

18:30 U17M 100m Hurdles 1 race - registration closes 17:30
18:45 Senior Men/U20 Men 110m Hurdles 1 race - registration closes 17:45
19:00 100m heats x 12 races seeded fastets to slowest pb - registration closes 18:00
19:45 200m heats x 10 seeded fastest to slowest pb - registration closes 18:45

18:00 U20/Senior Shot Put [19 athletes] - W/Up Starts 17:28 ALL athletes have 3 trials with top 6 having 3 extra.
18:00 U20/Senior Hammer [15 athletes] - W/Up Starts 17:30 ALL athletes have 3 trials with top 8 having 3 extra
19:45 U20/Senior Discus [16 athletes] - W/Up Starts 19:15. ALL athletes have 3 trials with top 8 having 3 extra 
19:45 U20/Senior Javelin [13 athletes] - W/Up Starts 19:19 ALL  athletes have 3 trials with top 8 having 3 extra
