A scenic out & back, rolling course, starting and finishing at the top of Merthyr Mawr Lane on the Merthyr Mawr Estate near Bridgend. This event welcomes runners of all abilities.

A 7:30pm start with entries taken on the evening at Bridgend AC Club House.
